Peer Support

Our peer support provision in response to COVID-19 is now solely run by ex-neonatal parents.

Our service used to run in person on neonatal units, and in the community at our groups.

However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, we now manage all peer support via phone, email or Zoom. This allows us to continue care in to the community, allowing for prolonged and joined up care for neonatal families.

With extensive first-hand experience in neonatal care, premature or traumatic births and neonatal bereavement, our peer supporters are perfectly placed to support families.

Peer support is available for mums, dads, carers and grandparents.

Families will be able to book in dedicated appointments with our teams to receive support when they need it most.
