Week 6  of my training plan 

Monday is gym day so I run on the treadmill before my weight class starts!

I don’t particularly enjoy treadmill running but it saves me time and allows me to do a gym class too.

On the positive side to treadmill work I never get wet!! 

So today was really quiet in the gym so plenty of equipment free for me to use.

I ran for 3.1m 5k not my personal best today but I can never reach that on a treadmill, just don’t seem to be able to get the speed. Felt quite comfortable today, which is when I know I need to push myself. 

I’ve also come to the conclusion I need better running trainers otherwise I feel an injury coming on as my feet hurt, they’re painful. 

45 minute gym class body combat complete- feeling totally energised and ready for the day!!
