Make a pledge

As part of Neonatal Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re encouraging charities, organisations, neonatal units and individuals to make a pledge. A pledge of what we hear you ask? We would love people to make pledges to start a new initiative to help family or staff mental health. It can be anything from launching a ‘hug in a mug’ service for staff, sign up to be a peer support volunteer with your local neonatal charity or unit, organise regular meet-ups for families once they’re home, fundraising for a project you’d love to kick-start, organise mindfulness hours, or craft sessions on your unit. It can be absolutely anything!

We would like to keep in touch with you throughout the year to see how you’re getting on and share your progress.

Simply sign up to the form below and let us know what you’re pledging to do as part of Neonatal Mental Health Awareness Week. Go on, do something amazing!
